Molly Goes to Vegas (airport)
On my way home to SFO from STL, I had a brief layover in Las Vegas! I had just enough time to play the slots and grab a cocktail while I waited for my flight. I'm currently up $1.50 on the slots, and down $8.50 on the bar tab. I guess I was meant to get a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower this break afterall!

Tom Perriello has declared victory over the evil Virgil Goode with a 747 Vote Lead. Virginia is turning more blue by the second! I single handedly drove at least 70 people to the polls on Tuesday, talking to each and every one of them about why they should vote for Perriello!!! I am NOT Joe!
I feel like I'm in the bizarro world. Joe the Plumber is an idiot. He's a plumbing, middle-class, American idiot, but he's an idiot nonetheless. And I agree that he's NOT a politician and he's not an expert in politics. So I don't hold it against him for being an idiot! Fine! But WHY in tarnation are we STILL talking about him? Why is he even being ASKED his opinions on Israel? And WHY do people want to BE LIKE HIM????
When I saw this video, I really just thought I was living in a parallel universe. The music, the drama, the images of "real" Americans! But what the HECK is this about "I am Joe?" Can SOMEONE explain this to me. Who wants to be Joe the Plumber? And what does it mean to say "I am Joe?" I think that's code for "I don't want to be taxed!" At least that was the headline of the McCain website that I had to click on to get to this vdieo: "Don't Tax Me -Joe"
